HOW TO COOK ADODONG SITAW

Ingredients:
Sitaw
Pork sliced into bits
Garlic
Onions
Black pepper
Soy sauce
Vinegar
Salt
sugar
Water

1. Heat sliced pork into pan with small amount of water and salt, enough for oil from pork to get out.
2. Sauté garlic and onion into the pan with the pork
3. Add enough soy sauce, vinegar, water and pepper….and simmer for two to three minutes
4. Add the sitaw and mix with the other ingredients in the pan. Add a small amount of sugar to neutralize taste of soy sauce and vinegar.
5. Simmer for several minutes until sitaw is cooked.
6. Serve while hot.
