Ok so our office is probably a bit different to the others cause while every body else celebrates the summer we actually welcome the Rain Season with our very own annual Rain Party - each August we pick a weekend that is convenient for everybody and just have a good time. We do kind of aim for something elaborate but at the end of the day we always end up in our bathing shorts, with a San Miguel in our hand, the Videoke setup and a good time among friends having fun. And of course what we also have every single year is a Lechon Baboy!
So as you can imagine we did have a lot of Pork during the course of time and we have tried a lot of suppliers.

There are those that will sell a 25kg pork for just 4.5k but make a fuss about delivery and let us be honest the taste - well we all had better.
There are those that treat their pork like the crown jewels and expect you to sign agreements weeks in advance and they will charge you - or try to - in US Dollars even and well there is Zubuchon.

Zubuchon delivers - they are kind of hard to get for the payment since the only attend to their sales spot in BTC as long as they have merchandise and usually they are sold out with in minutes - but once you got hold of them - it is worth it.

The Zubuchon comes for 4.500,00 Peso for 15kg - feeds 15ppl and two huge dogs twice- easily and is a legend in taste and texture!

Simply the best!

The skin is crisp, the meet is juicy it comes still hot when they deliver it, it is simply mouth watering and leaves you longing for the next office party.
