So. After a long week, my friends asked me if I could accomkpany him to his factory - It seemed interesting to see what he does for living - so he, me and his driving friend, Boboy, drove to the factory into the city.
Since we haven't eaten anything, they decided to pick a restaurant along the road... After much debating, we came along Cheavers Grill... so, here is the dine in variation... The plates look like the japanese bento meal trays w/ different sections and such. We ordered 3 Pork Belly, 1 Bicol Express, sidedish of our choice, and 2 Large Coke and a Large Ice Tea. The Pork Belly was looking old.... It wasn't very juicy... The Bicol Express was great!!! And the drinks where cold - a plus on a hot day like that.....
And my verdict on Cheaverz? A grill? No. A Filipino eatery that offers food for the starving? Hm... A place to go if you are on the road? There are better. But its ok... Sorry, Cheaverz, u r nice folk, but, not that nice in the food.... I do congratulate you or the Bicol Express... It wasn't thata spicy, but it did taste good...
