Ok this might be bold but I have to say that - best lechon baboy in Cebu is CnT Lechon.
Now I do not make a living based on my expertise of food and I am not famous , nor a professional in the gastronomical business - So Mr. Bourdain please forgive me but you are dead wrong on the Zubuchon it is not the best.
The skin has a perfect texture, it has a wonderful inviting smell and the meet is ideal. The taste the juiciness the balance between the natural meet flavour and the aroma of the wood used.
I do not eat lechon baboy to often since that would make my weight explode but when and if we decide to have lechon there is only one worth the calories count - CnT Lechon! The best lechon in town!

yes I agree,,The best lechon is in Cebu City Philippines...I have read a lot of comment that the Best Lechon come from Cebu .....Manila Lechon can't beat Cebu Lechon...Approve?
